About Allen Issa

As a former Congressional aide and Legal Fellow Issa focused his work on the crisis in Ukraine and Afghanistan. He worked closely with the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Intellectual Property, Internet, and Courts. Issa played a significant role in congressional hearings, including IP and Strategic Competition with China: Part II – Prioritizing U.S. Innovation Over Assisting Foreign Adversaries.

Issa is an alumnus of the University of California, Riverside, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with a concentration in Biophysics. While there, Issa held the position of Scholarship Chairman in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, spearheading philanthropic initiatives that raised funds for the Children’s Miracle Network. Issa was a violinist in the UC Riverside Orchestra and was an active member of several student and academic organizations. Upon graduation, he took on the responsibility of managing his family's retail businesses navigating the challenges posed by the global pandemic.

Issa is continuing his education at Penn State Law.
